Parnell New Build
Shire were commissioned to carry out a peer review, supplementary geotechnical investigations, ground water monitoring, geological reporting, assessment of ground water consolidation risk, mechanical deflection risk and ground water drawdown assessment for a proposed new dwelling.
Geotechnical site investigations were undertaken to define the ground model and key foundation parameters.
Piezometers were installed and ground water monitoring was undertaken for three months.
Shire liaised with our Clients planners for the Resource and building consent process.
On completion of the site work, peer review, we are providing ongoing geotechnicaal services for the construction stage.
